一、产品特点：product features

　　  OPT906光伏组件专用密封胶为单组份脱醇型有机硅粘接密封胶，强度高，粘接性好，对铝、铜、不锈钢等多种金属有优秀的粘接性；电性能优越，耐热性能好，长期使用温度范围-50℃～180℃。固化过程中释放的是醇类物质，对聚碳酸酯（PC）、铜等材料无腐蚀；无刺激性气体释放。TC906B is a kind of one-component dealcoholized silicone sealing adhesive especially for PV module, which has high strength, good   adhesion to Aluminum, copper and stainless steel etc. It has features of good electrical performance and temperature performance which can be bearable at temperature scope -50℃～180℃。 Alcohols which are absorbed during curing are non-corrosion to PC and bronze, without irritation.

　　1、不垂流，触变型好，表干速度快，按PV组件要求进行测试；With features of non-vertical flow, good thixotropy and surface drying time, the product is tested according to the need of PV module.

　　2、对组件基材有卓越的粘接力，包括电泳铝材、PPO/PA塑料、钢化玻璃、TEDLAR等含氟背材；high viscosity to module material including fluorinated basic material such as electrophoresis material, PPO/PA plastic, Tempered Glass and TEDLAR etc.

　　3、优秀的电绝缘性能，固化后形成高强度的柔性橡胶体，保护组件免受机械震动及外力冲击。Cured flexible rubber has good performance in electrical insulation to protect the module free from machinery vibration and out force impact.

 二、典型用途：typical use

　　　　太阳能光伏组件铝框的密封及接线盒与TPT/TPE背膜的粘接密封。Sealing of Aluminum frame of solar energy PV module and adhesive between junction box and TPT/TPE film.

 

三、使用工艺：using method

  1、清洁表面：将被粘或被涂覆物表面清理干净，并除去锈迹、灰尘和油污等

Clean surface: clean and dry and degrease the surface before coating.

　　2、施　　胶：削开胶管盖帽，将胶液挤到已清理干净的表面,使之分布均匀,将被粘面合拢固定。Coating: open the cover then press the adhesive to the clean surface

　　3、固　　化：将被粘好或密封好的部件置于空气中让其自然固化。

　　　　固化过程是一个从表面向内部的固化过程，在24小时以内(室温及55%相对湿度)胶将固化2～4mm的深度,如果部位位置较深,尤其是在不容易接触到空气的部位,完全固化的时间将会延长,如果温度较低,固化时间也将延长。在作进一步处理或将被粘结的部件包装之前，建议用户等待足够长的时间以使粘合的牢固和整体性不被影响。

Curing: put the equipment in the open air until it is cured form outside to inside.   The adhesive will cure for 2～4mm within 24h in room temperature. It is suggested that it should be spontaneous curing in outdoor for enough long time to ensure the effect.

The statistics above are tested in 25℃, relative humidity 55% condition, 7 days after curing.。

 

五、包装规格： 300 ML塑料管/支，25支/箱。

六、注意事项：notice

　　 1、操作完成后，未用完的胶应立即拧紧盖帽，密封保存。Cover the bottle after operation as soon as possible

   2、再次使用时，若封口处有少许结皮，将其去除即可，不影响正常使用。Clean the bottle mouth if there is some coating when reuses it. It will do no harm to the product

   3、胶在贮存过程中，管口部可能出现少量的固化现象，将之清除后可正常使用不影响性能。Clean the bottle mouth if there is some coating when storing. It will do no harm to the product.
